Minimize Covid

Let's have fun, and participate in a manner that helps everyone stay safe. To help minimize Covid impacts...

Wear a face covering that covers your nose and mouth
Maintain recommended social distancing (6ft)
Sneeze / cough into your arm
Clean your hands frequently - soap & water / sanitizer
If you don't feel well, or exhibit symptoms similar to Covid, then please follow PA Gov Wolf guidelines and stay home, quarantine, & or receive medical help.

What to Expect at the Cut-A-Thon

The (Aug 2020) Lititz Springs Board reviewed and approved our request for the Cut-A-Thon. The Bortz pavilion (approx football field size) will be roped off with a single entrance and single exit. There will be 6 chairs, well spaced- all numbered to help with covid tracing requirements. There will be a table next to each chair that stylists/barbers will use for their tools of the trade.

Barbers and stylists are volunteering their time from a variety of barber shops and salons. The barbers / stylists will follow applicable cosmetology / barber laws, CDC regulations and PA Gov Wolf guidelines for covid-friendly sanitation protocols. All barbers / stylists will have an active PA cosmetology / barber license.

Participants will be directed to a specific chair (each chair will have a number) for your hair cut/buzz/trim. Participants will be asked to pay before their hair service. Participants will receive a gift at conclusion of their service.

Check-in at Reception desk

Provide your name & mobile number - added to spreadsheet to meet covid tracing requirements. If no chairs available, then we'll text you when a seat becomes available.
Please wear your face covering throughout your time inside the Pavilion. (We will not be able to accommodate anyone not wearing a face covering).
We'll take your temp prior to allowing you to enter the Pavilion.
Please pay the recommended minimum donation $20 (cash, exact change greatly appreciated) prior to receiving your hair service.
Please clean your hands with sanitizer at reception desk prior to entering Pavilion.
Reception will direct you to a numbered chair.
We'll give you a disposable cape to take to the designated chair for your hair service.

Check-out at Exit desk

After your haircut, take your cape and dispose in the trash can at the Exit Desk.
Go to Exit desk to exit the Pavilion.
Please clean your hands with sanitizer at the Exit desk.
We have a gift for your participation.
